磁共振成像对缺血性心肌病的诊断价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy

目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)对缺血性心肌病的诊断价值。方法60例缺血性心肌病患者,均予以MRI检查。分析MRI对缺血性心肌病的诊断符合率及患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO)。结果MRI对缺血性心肌病患者诊断符合59例,误诊1例,诊断符合率为98.33%(59/60)。患者LVEF为(35.50±10.50)%、SV为(55.90±4.50)ml、CO为(3.60±1.20)L/min。结论缺血性心肌病采取MRI的诊断准确性高,可有效了解患者的心脏内部情况,尽早有效确诊,有助于早期临床治疗工作的开展,促进患者预后,提高安全性。

Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods 60 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were examined by MRI.The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI for ischemic cardiomyopathy and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),and cardiac output(CO)of the patients were analyzed.Results MRI diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy was consistent in 59 cases and misdiagnosed in 1 case,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 98.33%(59/60).The patient’s LVEF was(35.50±10.50)%,SV was(55.90±4.50)ml,and CO was(3.60±1.20)L/min.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of MRI in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy is high.It can effectively understand the internal conditions of the patient’s heart and make a diagnosis as soon as possible,which will help the development of early clinical treatment,promote the prognosis of the patient,and improve the safety of the patient.
