摘要
目的分析妇科急腹症的超声诊断价值。方法67例妇科急腹症患者为研究对象,均接受超声诊断,以综合诊断结果为金标准,分析超声诊断的价值。结果以综合诊断结果为金标准,67例患者中宫外孕21例,黄体破裂6例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转17例,急性盆腔炎18例,子宫穿孔5例。经超声诊断出急腹症患者62例,诊断准确率为92.54%,其中宫外孕20例、诊断准确率为95.24%(20/21),黄体破裂5例、诊断准确率为83.33%(5/6),卵巢囊肿蒂扭转16例、诊断准确率为94.12%(16/17),急性盆腔炎16例、诊断准确率为88.89%(16/18),子宫穿孔5例、诊断准确率100.00%(5/5);漏诊或误诊5例,包括宫外孕1例,黄体破裂1例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转1例,急性盆腔炎2例,占比7.46%。结论妇科急腹症的超声诊断价值较高,值得临床大力推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods 67 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were studied,all of whom received ultrasonic diagnosis,and the value of ultrasonic diagnosis was analyzed using the comprehensive diagnostic findings as the gold standard.Results Using the comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard,there were 21 cases of ectopic pregnancy,6 cases of corpus luteum rupture,17 cases of ovarian torsion,18 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,and 5 cases of uterine perforation in the 67 patients.62 cases of acute abdomen were diagnosed by ultrasonography,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 92.54%,including 20 cases of ectopic pregnancy,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 95.24%(20/21);5 cases of corpus luteum rupture,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 83.33%(5/6);16 cases of ovarian torsion,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 94.12%(16/17);16 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 88.89%(16/18);5 cases of uterine perforation,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 100.00%(5/5).5 cases were missed or misdiagnosed,including 1 case of ectopic pregnancy,1 case of corpus luteum rupture,1 case of ovarian torsion,and 2 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,accounting for 7.46%.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen is of high value,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
