多巴胺与硝普钠治疗心衰合并低血压的效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in treating heart failure and hypotension

目的探究多巴胺与硝普钠治疗心力衰竭(心衰)合并低血压的效果。方法100例心衰合并低血压患者,以电脑随机分组方式分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规方式治疗,观察组采取多巴胺与硝普钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压均高于治疗前,且观察组舒张压(68.25±1.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(103.25±1.45)mm Hg高于对照组的(58.52±1.45)、(92.25±1.45)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺与硝普钠治疗心衰合并低血压效果显著,且安全性高,值得研究和推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in treating heart failure and hypotension.Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure and hypotension were divided into observation group and control group by computer randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with dopamine and sodium nitroprusside.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;the diastolic blood pressure(68.25±1.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure(103.25±1.45)mm Hg in the observation group were higher than(58.52±1.45)and(92.25±1.45)mm Hg in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dopamine and sodium nitroprusside has significant effect in the treatment of heart failure with hypotension with high safety,and is worthy of research and promotion.
