中医护肝解毒汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Hugan Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome

目的 研究中医护肝解毒汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 65例肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎患者,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组(34例)与对照组(31例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用中药护肝解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)]水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率91.18%明显高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ALT(41.34±10.41)U/L、AST(30.14±15.44)U/L、TBiL(12.26±2.11)μmol/L均优于对照组的(64.26±13.13)U/L、(53.16±24.34)U/L、(17.44±3.12)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过中医护肝解毒汤对肝胆湿热型慢性乙型肝炎进行治疗能提升整体治疗效果,改善患者的肝功能,值得推荐。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Hugan Jiedu Decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome. Methods A total of 65 cases of chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome were divided into observation group(34 cases) and control group(31 cases) according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Hugan Jiedu Decoction. The clinical efficacy and liver function [alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), total bilirubin(TBiL)] levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.18%, which was significantly higher than 70.97% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the ALT(41.34±10.41) U/L, AST(30.14±15.44) U/L, and TBiL(12.26±2.11) μmol/L in the observation group were better than(64.26±13.13) U/L,(53.16±24.34) U/L, and(17.44±3.12) μmol/L in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Hugan Jiedu Decoction can improve the overall effect of chronic hepatitis B with liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome,and can improve the liver function of patients, which is worth recommending.
