摘要
目的:探讨围绝经期妇女维生素D、维生素K2水平与骨质疏松的关系。方法:选取东莞市东坑医院2019年4月~2020年8月就诊的210例围绝经期妇女为研究对象,所有围绝经期妇女均进行维生素D、维生素K2水平检测,根据维生素D缺乏程度以及是否缺乏维生素K2分组,比较各组围绝经期妇女的年龄、体重指数(BMI)、雌二醇(E2)、骨密度(BMD)、生育次数、锻炼时间指标水平,并分析围绝经期妇女维生素D、维生素K2水平与骨质疏松的关系。结果:四组妇女的年龄、BMD水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),维生素K2缺乏组妇女BMD水平显著低于维生素K2正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关性分析结果显示,围绝经期妇女维生素D、维生素K2水平与BMD呈正相关。结论:围绝经期妇女维生素D、维生素K2水平与骨质疏松的关系密切,维生素D充足、维生素K2水平正常的围绝经期妇女骨密度水平更高,骨质疏松的发生风险更低。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vitamin D and K2 levels and osteoporosis in perimenopausal women.Method A total of 210 perimenopausal women who visited our hospital from April 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,all perimenopausal women were tested for vitamin D and vitamin K2 levels.They were grouped according to the degree of vitamin D deficiency and whether or not vitamin K2 deficiency.The index levels of age,body mass index(BMI),estradiol(E2),bone mineral density(BMD),number of births,and exercise time of perimenopausal women in each group were compared.The relationship between vitamin D and K2 levels and osteoporosis in perimenopausal women was also analyzed.Results The age and BMD level of the four groups of women were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMD level of the women in the normal vitamin K2 group was significantly lower than that in the normal vitamin K2 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that vitamin D and vitamin K2 levels were positively correlated with BMD in perimenopausal women.Conclusion The levels of vitamin D and K2 in perimenopausal women are closely related to osteoporosis.Perimenopausal women with adequate vitamin D and normal vitamin K2 levels have higher bone mineral density and lower risk of osteoporosis.
