扁平化责任制护理联合叶下珠胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的效果及对护理质量的提升作用

Application effect of flat responsibility nursing combined with hypophylla in the treatment of primary liver cancer and improvement of nursing quality for patients

目的:分析扁平化责任制护理联合叶下珠胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的应用效果及对患者护理质量的提升作用。方法:选取广州中医药大学第四临床医学院2020年1月~2021年8月原发性肝癌患者96例,均实施叶下珠治疗,随机数字表法分为两组,各48例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施扁平化责任制护理,比较两组依从性、健康知识掌握评分、护理质量及生存质量。结果:观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务态度、护理技能、护理专业知识、沟通能力及出院指导评分分别为均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组健康知识掌握评分及各项生存质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过扁平化责任制护理联合叶下珠治疗原发性肝癌患者的效果显著,有效改善患者依从性,提高护理质量,改善患者生存质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of flat responsibility nursing system combined with hypophyllum in the treatment of primary liver cancer and the improvement of nursing quality for patients.Method From January 2020 to August 2021,96 cases of primary liver cancer patients of our hospital were selected,all the leaf under the bead treatment,according to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,48 cases in each group,and the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given flat responsibility nursing,comparison of compliance,health knowledge mastery score,nursing quality and quality of life between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):the service attitude,nursing skills,nursing professional knowledge,communication ability and discharge guidance score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of health knowledge mastery and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of flattening responsibility nursing combined with phyllodecula in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer is significant,which can effectively improve patient compliance,nursing quality and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of promotion.
