硼-硝酸钾(BPN)点火药的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于硼-硝酸钾点火药的典型配方,采用手工混合、造粒的方法,制备了不同黏合剂造粒的硼-硝酸钾点火药,并对其感度及相关性能进行了研究。结果表明,以氟橡胶造粒的硼-硝酸钾点火药火焰感度最高;以不饱和聚酯树脂造粒的硼-硝酸钾点火药抗压强度最好;氟橡胶和不饱聚酯树脂可以降低硼-硝酸钾点火药的静电感度,而硝化棉对硼-硝酸钾点火药的静电感度有增强作用。 Based on the typical formula of boron-potassium nitrate ignition charge,different binder granulated boron-potassium nitrate ignition charge was prepared by manual mixing and granulating method,and its sensitivity and related properties were studied.The results show that the flame sensitivity of boron-potassium nitrate ignition agent granulated by fluorine rubber is the highest.The boron-potassium nitrate ignition agent granulated with unsaturated polyester resin has the best compressive strength.Fluoro rubber and unsaturated polyester resin can reduce the static inductance of boron-potassium nitrate ignition charge,while nitrocellulose can enhance the static inductance of boron-potassium nitrate ignition charge.
