摘要
目前,3D打印已应用于各行业中,打印材料的选择成为制约3D打印技术进一步发展的关键因素。光固化3D打印技术由于打印速度快、成品精度高、对环境无污染等优点被广泛应用,而光敏树脂作为光固化3D打印的主要材料对打印系统的性能起关键作用。本文简单介绍了3D打印光敏树脂的成分,对3D打印光敏树脂的3种类型进行了说明,并对3D打印光敏树脂复合/改性材料的研究进行了阐述。展望指出研究出性能好的3D打印光敏树脂复合/改性材料是3D打印技术不断满足各行各业多元化发展需求的重点课题。
3D printing has been used in all walks of life,and the choice of printing materials is often a key factor restricting the further development of 3D printing technology.Light-curing 3D printing technology has been widely used due to its advantages of fast printing speed,high precision of finished products,and no pollution to the environment,and photosensitive resin,as the main material of light-curing 3D printing,plays a key role in the performance of the printing system.This paper briefly introduced the composition of 3D printing photosensitive resin,explained the three types of 3D printing photosensitive resin,and expounded the research of 3D printing photosensitive resin composite/modified material.Prospect pointed out that the development of 3D printing photosensitive resin composite/modified materials with good performance is a key topic for 3D printing technology to continuously meet the diversified development needs of all walks of life.
