在实验中利用各方相关性计算氢含量

摘要 据国家标准GB/T476—2008电量重量法测定煤中氢[1],在实验中发现空白值会因实验时间的长短而变化,并成正相关性。因为实验时间不确定,空白虽然有一定规律但是很难确定[2]。根据系统误差的定义,可将空白值视为系统误差[3],根据实验数据中的相关性建立关系式以消除空白存在的不确定对实验结果的影响。首先利用SPSS软件对实验过程中涉及的因素进行分析,验证在实验结果包含空白的情况下与个因素之间的相关性[4]。利用存在的相关性建立关系式,用于结果计算,以消除空白值变化引起的结果错误。为此,引入一个数值A,作为煤样中氢元素(包括煤炭和内在水中的氢元素)的总和。由实验数据可知,关系式存在并可行,再利用标准物质和常规样品对关系析进行验证,证明关系式准确性和稳定性可靠、可行。 According to the national standard GB/T476-2008 electric quantity gravimetric method for the determination of hydrogen in coal,it is found that the blank value will change with the length of experimental time,and a positive correlation.Because the experiment time is uncertain,although the blank has a certain rule,it is difficult to determine.According to the definition of systematic error,blank value can be regarded as systematic error,and a relational formula can be established according to the correlation of experimental data to eliminate the influence of uncertainty of blank on experimental results.Firstly,SPSS software was used to analyze the factors involved in the experiment and verify the correlation between the factors and the experimental results in the case of blank.In order to eliminate the error of the result caused by the change of blank value,the relationship is established by using the existing correlation.To this end,a value,A,is introduced as the sum of hydrogen elements in coal samples(including coal and hydrogen elements in water).It can be seen from the experimental data that the relationship exists and is feasible,and then the standard material and conventional samples are used to verify the relationship analysis,which proves that the accuracy and stability of the relationship is reliable and feasible.
