摘要 断层是综采工作面回采时常见构造类型,在断层影响范围内煤岩体裂隙发育且往往需要截割岩体,给煤炭回采安全带来制约。为此,设计3203综采工作面过断层技术方案,确定松动爆破以及注浆加固技术方案,给出采面过断层安全技术措施。现场应用后,综采工作面过断层期间未出现顶板冒落、煤壁片帮等问题且综采工作面推进速度较快;3203综采工作面采用的过断层技术取得较高应用成果,可在一定程度上提升矿井生产效益。 Fault is a common structural type in the mining of fully mechanized mining face.The coal and rock mass fractures are developed within the influence range of fault and often need to cut the rock mass,which restricts the safety of coal mining.Therefore,the technical scheme of 3203 fully mechanized mining face crossing fault is designed,the technical scheme of loose blasting and grouting reinforcement is determined,and the safety technical measures of mining face crossing fault are given.After field application,there are no roof caving,coal wall spalling and other problems during the fault crossing of the fully mechanized mining face,and the fully mechanized mining face advances faster.The fault crossing technology adopted in 3203 fully mechanized mining face has achieved high application results,which can improve the mine production efficiency to a certain extent.
