摘要 以51303综采工作面回采为研究对象,提出采用深孔预裂爆破方式对开采的13#煤层基本顶(砂岩、厚度10m)进行弱化,并依据现场情况对切顶及运输巷爆破钻孔布置方案以及施工工艺等进行阐述。现场应用后,采面基本顶稳定性有所降低,初次来压步距及周期来压步距分别由53 m及18 m~24 m降低至31 m及13 m~19 m,顶板弱化后采面来压期间煤壁、液压支架等始终保持稳定,顶板弱化取得较好成果。 Taking the recovery of 51303 fully mechanized mining face as the research object,it is proposed to adopt the deep-hole pre-splitting blasting method to weaken the basic roof of the 13#coal seam(sandstone,thickness of 10 m),and to elaborate the roof cutting and transportation roadway blasting drilling layout plan and construction technology according to the site conditions.After field application,the stability of the basic roof of the mining face has been reduced.The initial weighting step and the periodic weighting step have been reduced from 53 m and 18 m~24 m to 31 m and 13 m~19 m respectively.After the roof is weakened,the coal wall and hydraulic support have remained stable during the weighting of the mining face,and the roof weakening has achieved good results.
