通过对潞安煤基清洁能源有限责任公司的渣水物料皮带输送机投用过程中存在的皮带物料粘黏不易分离,清带器、皮带、滚筒、托辊磨损严重更换频繁,落料槽冲刷腐蚀严重等问题进行归纳总结,提出相对应优化改造措施,结合生产实际中的处理方法进行原因分析及经验分享,有效提升了渣水物料皮带输送机的运行性能。
