黄河流域省份水系污染治理成效研究

Study on the Effectiveness of Water Pollution Control in the Yellow River Basin under Stable Economy

本研究以黄河流域为代表的水系区域为样本,按照经济发展程度对水系区域进行了分级并组建水系治理效果的评估模型。结果表明:在过于看重经济目标的条件下,各水系区域难以达成有效的污染治理效果;在有效治理水系污染的前提下,水系污染的治理效能同经济发展程度呈现正向关联。上述研究结果对经济稳定发展下的水系污染的有效治理提供了参考。

This study takes the water system area represented by the Yellow River Basin as a sample,classifies the water system area according to the degree of economic development,and establishes the evaluation model of water system governance effect.The results show that under the condition of paying too much attention to economic objectives,it is difficult for each water system region to achieve effective pollution control effect.On the premise of effectively controlling water pollution,the treatment efficiency of water pollution is positively correlated with the degree of economic development.The above research results provide a reference for the effective treatment of water pollution under the stable development of economy.
