国家药品标准数据库构建策略研究

Research on the Construction Strategy of the National Drug Standard Database

目的 为构建统一权威规范的国家药品标准数据库提供参考。方法 介绍国家药品标准的定义与范围;面向药品监管及企业高质量发展需求,对国家药品标准数据库框架结构与总体功能进行初步探讨,提出国家药品标准数据库的构建策略。结果与结论 国家药品标准数据库框架结构可搭建为用户界面层、计算处理层和数据存储层。按“数据联通-数据完善-数据运用”规划,国家药品标准数据库应逐步打造集动态生成、开放共享、发展服务功能于一体的权威平台,在数据管理、服务、决策方面发挥重要作用,为药品标准智慧管理和服务发展提供重要技术支撑。

Objective To provide a reference for the construction of a unified,authoritative and standardized national drug standard database.Methods The definition and scope of national drug standards were introduced.Based on the needs for drug administration and high-quality development of enterprises,the framework and overall functions of the national drug standard database were preliminarily explored,and the construction strategy of the national drug standard database was proposed.Results and Conclusion The frame structure of the national drug standard database can be constructed with the user interface layer,computing processing layer and data storage layer.According to the plan of “data connection-data perfection-data utilization”,the national drug standard database should be gradually constructed into an authoritative platform integrating dynamic generation,open sharing and development service functions,playing an important role in data management,service and decision-making,and providing important technical support for intelligent management and service development of drug standards.
