八段锦训练对肝豆状核变性患者步态障碍改善效果观察

Observation of Effect of Baduanjin Training on Gait Disorder in patients with Hepatolenticular Degeneration

目的:观察八段锦训练对肝豆状核变性(Wilson’s disease,WD)患者步态障碍的效果。方法:60例随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。两组均给予西医基础治疗,治疗组加八段锦训练。结果:治疗后两组改良Young量表评分降低,TUG降低,BBS量表评分升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦训练能改善WD患者的步态障碍及临床症状。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baduanjin training on gait disorder in patients with Wilson ‘s disease(WD). Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases). Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment, and the treatment group were given Baduanjin training in addition.Results: After treatment, the modified Young scale score of the two groups decreased, the TUG decreased, and the BBS scale score increased. Compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement of each index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Baduanjin training could improve the gait disorder and clinical symptoms of WD patients.
