摘要
该项目是一家新锐精品民宿,位于云南腾冲和顺古镇,坐落在一条由古镇延展出来的繁杂老街上。场地是由一片狭窄曲折的山坡及山顶区域构成的地块,呈L形。地块两端风貌截然相反,一端处于闹市,一端隐于山顶,仅由狭窄曲折坡道维系。方向的转折和高差的变化使场地两端的关联性变得十分薄弱,给项目带来了极大的挑战。
The project is a new boutique B&B,located in Heshun Ancient Town of Tengchong,Yunnan Province,located in a complex old street extended by the ancient town.The site is an L-shaped plot consisting of a narrow winding hillsideand hilltop area.Thetwoends of theplotarediametricallyopposed,with one end in the downtown area and the other hidden in the top of the hill,maintained only by a narrow winding ramp.The change of direction and the change of elevation made the connection between the two ends of the site very weak,which posed a great challenge to the project.
