高级中医人才培养的思考

Thoughts on the Training of Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents

“兴中医者在人才,成人才者在教化”,时代的发展、行业的进步、国家和人民的需要、中医药的传承和发展都与高级中医人才息息相关。高级中医人才的研修、培养是十分必要和急切的。此文将结合国家中医药管理局实施的“优秀中医临床人才研修项目”以及各中医药事业单位、高等院校在高级中医人才培养方面取得的成绩,从必要性、实施方法、影响和意义3个方面,对高级中医人才的培养进行简要的论述。

“Promoting traditional Chinese medicine practitioners is in talents,and adult talents are educating”.The development of the times,the progress of the industry,the needs of the country and the people,and the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine are all closely related to senior traditional Chinese medicine talents.The training and training of advanced traditional Chinese medicine talents is very necessary and urgent.This article will combine the“excellent traditional Chinese medicine clinical talents training project”implemented by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the achievements of various traditional Chinese medicine institutions and colleges and universities in the training of senior traditional Chinese medicine talents.From three aspects:necessity,implementation method,influence and significance,it briefly discusses the training of senior traditional Chinese medicine talents.
