基于雨课堂的CBL混合教学在急诊规培医师的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于“雨课堂”的案例为基础的教学法(CBL)混合教学在急诊规培医师的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2021年2月中国医科大学附属盛京医院急诊科参与住院医师规范化培训的轮转医生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用CBL教学,观察组采用基于“雨课堂”的CBL混合教学。对比2组的随堂和出科前成绩以及教学方法满意度。结果对照组和观察组的随堂成绩测评比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组的出科前成绩测评仍差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和观察组的教学方法满意度分别为(81.14±2.48)分和(92.57±2.62)分,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“雨课堂”的CBL混合教学可以有效提高急诊规培医师的能力,值得推广。 Objective To observe the effect of CBL mixed teaching based on“rain classroom”in the teaching of standardized training of emergency.Methods The standardized training residents in emergency department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from 2019 to 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group used CBL teaching,while the observation group was applied CBL mixed teaching based on“rain classroom”.The achievements immediately after teaching and before leaving,teaching method satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching methods in the control group and the observation group was(81.14±2.48)points and(92.57±2.62)points,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL mixed teaching based on“rain classroom”can effectively improve the ability of standardized training of emergency,and is worth promoting.
