中医诊断学实训课四诊教学的探索

Exploration on the Teaching of “Four Diagnoses” in the Training Course of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医诊断学作为中医学专业的基础与主干学科,是中医基础与临床课程间的桥梁,具有很强的实践性。实训课是在理论的基础上以实践为主导的课程,故作者希望实现实训教学理论简单化、生活化,展现教学的趣味性,调动学生的积极性,体现中医诊断学的实用性。让学生能够更好地掌握实践技能,增强学生解决实际问题的能力,能够把实践技能运用到实际生活中去。在“四诊”实践教学中,争取做到让学生一听就懂,一学就会,勤练则精。

As the basic and main subject of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine is a bridge between traditional Chinese medicine foundation and clinical courses,which has strong practicality.The practical training course is a course based on theory and led by practice.Therefore,the author hopes to realize the simplification of practical teaching theory and the life,show the interest of teaching,arouse the enthusiasm of students and reflect the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,the practicality of learning.So that students can better master practical skills,enhance students’ability to solve practical problems,and can apply practical skills to the actual life.In the practice teaching of“four diagnostic methods”,we should strive to make students understand it as soon as they understand it,learn it and use it frequently.
