摘要
新近研究发现表观遗传调控与骨代谢疾病的发生发展具有密切联系,体现在表观遗传调控中DNA甲基化、非编码RNA以及组蛋白修饰对成骨细胞和破骨细胞的分化与增殖的调控,进而影响骨骼疾病的发生发展。基于“肾藏精主骨”理论,肾精对于骨的生长发育衰老起到决定性作用。中医对于骨代谢疾病多从肾论治,效果良好,且“肾为先天之本”,具有遗传性。此文试探讨表观遗传与肾主骨之间的联系,为临床防治骨代谢疾病骨质疏松症提供思路与方法。
Recent studies have found that epigenetic regulation is closely related to the occurrence and development of bone metabolic diseases,which is embodied in the regulation of DNA methylation,non-coding RNA and histone modification on the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts in epigenetic regulation,thus affecting the occurrence and development of bone diseases.Based on the theory of“kidney storing essence and governing bones”,kidney essence plays a decisive role in bone growth,development and aging.Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of bone metabolic diseases,mostly from the kidney treatment,the effect is good,and“kidney is congenital”.This paper attempts to explore the relationship between epigenetics and renal main bone,and to provide ideas and methods for the clinical prevention and treatment of bone metabolic disease osteoporosis.
