基于仲景理论探讨以通为补的临床应用

Discussion on the Clinical Application of Eliminating Pathogens for Balancing and Replenishing Based on Zhongjing Theory

“以通为补”属于中医治则治法范畴,指某些疾病治疗中应用发汗、攻下、消导、行气等祛邪手段,即“通”法,最终起到使人体脏腑达到阴平阳秘状态的“补”的作用。“以通为补”学术思想自古而有之,随着医学发展,后世医家在其本义基础上进行扩展,至今对于指导临床治疗仍有重大意义。张仲景作为古代著名医家,虽其著作中未明确提出“以通为补”,但《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中诸多理法方药无不透露出这种学术思想。此文对“以通为补”的理论源流及仲景理论下“以通为补”的临床应用进行探讨,以期有助于临床。

“Eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine treatment principles and methods,which refers to the application of sweating,attacking,eliminating and other evil removing means in the treatment of some diseases,that is,the“obstruction-removing”method,so as to finally achieve the“tonifying”effect of making the human viscera reach the state of yin and yang.The academic thought of“eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”has existed since ancient times.With the development of medicine,future doctors have expanded on the basis of its original meaning,which is still of great significance for guiding clinical treatment.With the improvement of people’s living standards,the change of disease spectrum has been brought about,and the theory of“eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”has a new era significance.As a famous ancient doctor,Zhang Zhongjing did not clearly put forward“eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”in his works,but many theories,methods and prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of The Golden Chamber all revealed this academic thought.Through the theoretical origin of“eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”and the clinical application of“eliminating pathogens for balancing and replenishing”under Zhongjing theory,this paper hopes to contribute to clinical practice.
