Professor Geng Gang in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer from the Liver

作者总结耿刚教授以疏肝理气、健脾和胃扶正,化痰、活血、解毒祛邪为大法治疗食管癌的经验。耿教授认为食管癌是肝郁脾虚、脾胃气机不畅为本虚,痰、瘀、毒互结为标实的本虚标实之证,临床上善用经方逍遥散合四君子汤为主加减,同时重视虫类药的应用,并提倡针药并用,强调日常调护,在临床上治疗食管癌取得了很好的效果。

This paper summarizes Professor Geng Gang’s experience in the treatment of esophageal cancer by soothing liver and regulating qi,strengthening spleen and stomach,resolving phlegm,activating blood circulation,detoxification and eliminating evil.Professor believes that the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,spleen and stomach qi stagnation as the root deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and toxins combined as the root deficiency and the root excess.Clinically,the use of Xiaoyao Powder combined with Sijunzi decoction is given priority to with addition and subtraction.At the same time,attention is paid to the application of insect drugs,the use of acupuncture and medicine is advocated,and the daily nursing is emphasized.The clinical treatment of esophageal cancer has achieved good results.
