半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌阳性临床观察

Clinical Observation on Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Helicobacter Pylori Positive

目的探究半夏泻心汤对慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的临床疗效及血清炎性因子水平影响。方法选取2019年3月—2021年1月慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌阳性患者110例,随机分为2组,各55例。对照组给予常规三联治疗,试验组在其基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、中医症状评分、血清炎性因子水平以及幽门螺旋杆菌清除率。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗后试验组胃胀、上腹疼痛、嗳气吞酸、食少纳呆等中医症状评分较低(P<0.05);血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平较低,与对照组幽门螺杆菌清除率80.00%(44/55)比较,试验组幽门螺杆菌清除率96.36%(53/55)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者的疗效显著,可有效降低血清炎性因子水平,提高幽门螺杆菌转阴率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori positive patients and the level of serum inflammatory factors.Methods 110 patients with chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori positive from March 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional triple therapy,and the study group received more with Banxia Xiexin decoction.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,serum inflammatory factor level and Helicobacter pylori clearance rate were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as distension of stomach,upper abdominal pain,belching and acid regurgitation,and eating less and eating less than staying in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower,and the clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori in experimental group was higher(96.36%,53/55)than that in control group(80.00%)(44/55),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis,which can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori.
