元胡葛根汤结合温阳通络针灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yuanhu Gegen Decoction Combined with Warming Yang and Clearing Collaterals Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探索元胡葛根汤联合温阳通络针灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法于营口市中西医结合医院骨一科2020年1月—2021年1月诊治的腰椎间盘突出症患者中选出80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组:对照组患者给予常规康复治疗和元胡葛根汤治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予温阳通络针灸法治疗,对比2组的总有效率、腰椎功能评分、腰腿痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和炎性因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组的总有效率80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组的腰腿痛VAS评分低于对照组,且日本骨科协会(JOA)腰椎功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后的血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论元胡葛根汤配合温阳通络针灸法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果肯定,有助于促进患者腰椎功能改善,控制炎症反应,缓解腰腿痛症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Yuanhu Gegen decoction combined with warming yang and clearing collaterals acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients in Yingkou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment and Yuanhu Gegen decoction treatment,and the observation group was given warm Yang Tongluo acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,lumbar function score,visual analog scale(VAS)score of back and leg pain and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40)higher than that of the control group 80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the lumbar and leg pain VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in observation group were higher than those in control group after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuanhu Gegen decoction combined with warming yang and clearing collaterals acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,is helpful to promote the improvement of lumbar function,control inflammation,and relieve lumbar and leg pain,which is worth promoting.
