消肿膏联合正骨手法治疗老年桡骨远端骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaozhong Ointment Combined with Bone Setting Manipulation in the Treatment of Senile Distal Radius Fracture

目的研究消肿膏联合中医正骨手法治疗老年患者桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2019年12月符合本研究的老年桡骨远端骨折患者80例,将其分为正骨组和消肿组,各40例。正骨组接受中医正骨治疗,消肿组加用消肿膏,比较2组中医证候积分、疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)得分、住院时间、整体疗效的差异。结果干预前2组患者的疼痛、肿胀、肢体痿软、瘀斑差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,消肿组的疼痛、肿胀、肢体痿软、瘀斑均低于正骨组,且2组干预后的疼痛、肿胀、肢体痿软、瘀斑评分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前的NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,消肿组NRS评分低于正骨组,住院时间短于正骨组,治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于正骨组的65.00%(26/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医正骨联合消肿膏治疗老年桡骨远端骨折,能够显著改善患者症状,缩减住院时间,效果显著。

Objective To study the curative effect of Xiaozhong ointment combined with bone setting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of senile distal radius fracture.Methods 80 elderly patients with distal radius fracture who were in accordance with the study from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into Xiaozhong group and bone setting group,with 40 cases in each group.The bone setting group received bone setting manipulation of TCM,and the Xiaozhong group was treated with Xiaozhong ointment.The differences of TCM syndrome scores,pain Numerical Evaluation Scale(NRS)scores,length of stay and overall efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pain,swelling,limb weakness and ecchymosis between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the pain,swelling,limb weakness and ecchymosis of the Xiaozhong group were lower than those of the bone-setting group,and the scores of pain,swelling,limb weakness and ecchymosis of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the NRS score of Xiaozhong group was lower than that of bone setting group,and the length of hospital stay in this group was shorter than that of bone-setting group.The total effective rate of 95.00%(38/40)was higher than that of 65.00%(26/40)in bone-setting group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhong ointment combined with bone setting manipulation of TCM in the treatment of senile distal radius fracture can significantly improve the symptoms of the patients and reduce the number of hospitalization days.
