温针灸中极关元穴联合静脉滴注间苯三酚治疗产后尿潴留临床观察

Clinical Observation on Warming Needle Moxibustion at Zhongji(RN3)and Guanyuan(RN4)Combined with Intravenous Drip of Phloroglucinol in the Treatment of Postpartum Urinary Retention

目的探讨温针灸中极、关元穴联合静脉滴注间苯三酚在产后尿潴留中的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2020年2月在江西省上栗县人民医院确诊的产后尿潴留患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用静脉滴注间苯三酚联合温针灸中极、关元穴治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效首次排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量、导尿管留置率及泌尿系统感染情况。记录治疗期间所发生的不良反应。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后首次排尿时间、残余尿量、尿管留置率和泌尿系统感染率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率为3.33%(1/30),与对照组的16.67%(5/30)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温针灸中极、关元穴联合静脉滴注间苯三酚治疗可以缩短产后尿潴留患者的首次排尿时间,减少膀胱残余尿量,降低导尿管留置率和泌尿系统感染率,效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of warming needle moxibustion at Zhongji(RN3)and Guanyuan(RN4)combined with intravenous drip of phloroglucinol in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum urinary retention confirmed in Shangli County People’s Hospital were enrolled between April 2019 and February 2020.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine methods,while observation group was treated with intravenous drip of phloroglucinol combined with warming needle moxibustion at Zhongji(RN3)and Guanyuan(RN4).The first urination time,residual urine volume in the bladder,catheter indwelling rate,urinary system infection,and adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).The first urination time,residual urine volume,catheter indentation rate and urinary system infection rate in the observation group after treatment were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was not statistically significant compared with 16.67%(5/30)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion at Zhongji(RN3)and Guanyuan(RN4)combined with intravenous drip of phloroglucinol in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention can shorten the first urination time,reduce residual urine volume in the bladder,decrease the incidence of catheter indwelling and urinary system infection in patients with postpartum urinary retention,with significant curative effect.
