辨证论治儿童多动症的研究进展

Research Progress on Treatment of ADHD in Children Based on Syndrome Differentiation

注意缺陷多动障碍又称儿童多动症(ADHD),是一种常发生于儿童时期神经发育障碍性疾病。此文从病因病机、辨证论治、针灸治疗及辅助治疗归纳了我国儿童教育多动障碍中医分型的临床治疗和研究进展情况,肯定了中医药对于ADHD的疗效。但是疾病诊断判定标准不统一,对其治疗机制的实验研究较少、疾病的社会关注度不高等,仍然是亟待完善和探究的问题。

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,also known as ADHD,is a neurodevelopmental disorder that often occurs in childhood.This paper summarized the clinical treatment and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classification of children’s educational hyperactivity disorder in China from the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and adjuvant therapy,and confirmed the efficacy of TCM for ADHD.However,the diagnostic criteria of the disease are not unified,the experimental research on its treatment mechanism is few,and the social attention of the disease is not high,which is still a problem to be improved and explored.
