前部缺血性视神经病变的中医研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

前部缺血性视神经病变是中老年视力下降的常见原因之一,发病率可达0.23/万~1.02/万,任何年龄均可发病,45岁以上者占89%。目前西医以激素治疗、营养神经、改善循环等方法为主,具有一定的局限性。而中医治疗本病可以发挥独特的优势,包括中药辨证论治、针刺及特色外治法如穴位注射及离子导入等。此文综述了中医对于前部缺血性视神经病变病因病机的认识及目前临床治疗的研究进展。

Anteriorly ischemic optic neuropathy(AION)is one of the common causes of vision loss in middle-aged and elderly people,with an incidence of 0.23/10000~1.02/10000,and can occur at any age,accounting for 89%of patients over 45 years old.At present,western medicine mainly uses hormone,nutritional nerve,improving circulation and other symptomatic treatment,which has certain limitations.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has its unique advantages,mainly includes dialectical treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion and special external treatment such as point injection and ion import.This paper reviews the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in traditional Chinese medicine and its clinical treatment.
