连续性血液净化治疗老年脓毒血症急性肾损伤的效果

Treatment effect of acute renal injury in elderly patients with sepsis by continuous blood purification

目的治疗老年重症脓毒血症合并急性肾损伤患者时采用连续性血液净化治疗,分析其有效性及安全性.方法以2020年4月-2021年4月为研究时间段,选取66例天津市第一中心医院收诊的老年重症脓毒血症急性肾损伤患者,根据随机数字分组法分成两组:观察组和对照组各33例,对照组给予常规对症治疗和全身治疗及抗生素抗感染,观察组在对照组基础上给予早期连续性血液净化治疗,干预后对比两组的血清肝肾功能指标,住院时间、死亡率、并发症发生率等.结果观察组血清肝肾功能指标、细胞因子水平、住院时间、并发症发生率优于对照组(P均<0.05).结论连续性血液净化治疗老年重症脓毒血症急性肾损伤患者,可快速降低其急性肝肾损伤程度,改善临床症状和血清细胞因子水平,具有较高的安全性.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of continuous blood purification in the treatment of severe sepsis complicated with acute renal injury in the elderly.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with acute renal injury caused by severe sepsis were enrolled in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.The patients were divided into two groups:Observation Group(33 cases)and Control Group(33 cases),the control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,systemic treatment and antibiotics anti-infection.The observation group was given early continuous blood purification treatment on the basis of the control group.After intervention,the serum liver and kidney function indexes of the two groups were compared,length of stay,mortality,complication rate,etc.Resul ts The Observation Group Serum Liver and Kidney Function Index,cytokine level,hospitalization time,complication rate were better than the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification can rapidly reduce the degree of acute renal injury and improve the clinical symptoms and serum cytokine levels in elderly patients with severe sepsis.
