悬吊运动疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of suspension exercise therapy for patients with neurogenic cervical spondylosis

目的探讨悬吊运动疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者颈部肌肉功能和疼痛症状的影响.方法选择2019年1月-2021年1月期间在云浮市中医院治疗神经根型颈椎病的98例患者作为研究对象.根据随机数字表法,将98例患者分为两组,分别为SET组和对照组,每组各49例.对照组采用常规的推拿方法进行治疗,SET组采用悬吊运动疗法进行治疗.使用VAS和NDI量表对患者治疗前后和治疗后两周时的疼痛和肌肉功能进行评分.使用多功能颈椎测试训练系统测量患者治疗前和治疗后的颈椎功能水平.使用红外热成像仪检测患者的肩颈部温度并进行比较.结果经治疗,SET组的VAS和NDI评分均优于对照组,且多功能颈椎测试训练系统结果也优于对照组.两组患者的红外热成像温度的组间比较除肩部最高温外,均具有显著差异(P<0.05).结论悬吊运动疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者具有良好的疗效,能够有效改善患者颈部的肌肉功能,缓解患者的疼痛,具有临床推广价值.

Objective To investigate the effect of suspension exercise therapy on neck muscle function and pain symptoms in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 98 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,98 patients were divided into two groups,namely the SET group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional massage methods,and the SET group was treated with suspension exercise therapy.The VAS and NDI scales were used to score patients'pain and muscle function before and after treatment and two weeks after treatment.Use the multifunctional cervical spine test and training system to measure the patient's cervical spine function level before and after treatment.Use an infrared thermal imaging camera to detect and compare the temperature of the patient's shoulder and neck.Results The VAS and NDI scores of the SET group were better than those of the control group,and the results of the multifunctional cervical spine test and training system were also better than those of the control group.The comparison of infrared thermal imaging temperature between the two groups of patients,except for the highest temperature of the shoulder,has significant differences,with P<0.05 as the difference being statistically significant.Conclusion The suspension exercise therapy has a good effect on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It can effectively improve the muscle function of the patient's neck and the pain of the patient.It has clinical promotion value.
