深度水解蛋白奶粉对早产儿喂养不耐受及营养状况的影响

Effect of deep hydrolyzed protein mi lk powder on feeding intolerance and nutritional status of premature infants

摘要 目的探讨早产儿喂养中应用深度水解蛋白奶粉对营养不耐受及生长发育的影响.方法严格按照纳入标准,选择2020年7月-2022年6月深圳市龙华区人民医院收治的120例新生早产儿作为研究对象,在随机数字表下做随机分组处理,每组60例,组别记为对照组与观察组,前者予以常规早产配方奶粉喂养,后者予以深度水解蛋白配方奶粉喂养;评估两组的每日排便次数、全肠内营养时间、恢复至出生体重时间、住院时间,以及并发症发生情况和短期内生长发育情况并展开组间比较.结果观察组较对照组喂养不耐受发生率显著更低(P<0.05),两组新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、胆汁淤积症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组比较,前者每日排便次数相对较多,全肠内营养时间相对较短(P<0.05),两组恢复至出生体重时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组早产儿短期生长发育情况(体重、头围、身长、体重日增长量、头围周增长量、身长周增长量)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论早产儿应用深度水解蛋白奶粉,不仅促进每日排便,更易建立全肠道营养,减少喂养不耐受情况发生,同时不会影响早产儿正常生长发育. Objective To explore the effects of deep hydrolyzed protein milk powder on nutritional intolerance and growth and development in premature infants.Methods After strict admission criteria,120 newborn premature infants admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The group was divided into control group and observation group.The former was fed with conventional premature formula and the later was fed with deep hydrolyzed protein formula;the daily defecation times,total enteral nutrition time,recovery time to birth weight,hospital stay,complications and short-term growth and development of the two groups were evaluated and compared between the groups.Results The incidence of feeding intolerance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis and cholestasis between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had more defecation times per day and shorter total enteral nutrition time(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time to recover to birth weight and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant dfference between the two groups in short-term growth and development(weight,head circumference,body length,daily weight growth,head circumference weekly growth,body length weekly growth)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of deep hydrolyzed protein milk powder in premature infants can not only promote daily defecation,but also facilitate the establishment of total intestinal nutrition,reduce the occurrence of feeding intolerance,and will not affect the normal growth and development of premature infants.
