Application Analysis of Continuous Drug Rule Optimization in The Pre-review Party System

目的药师通过前置审方系统进行处方分析,持续优化药品规则,提高处方合理率.方法采用回顾性分析方法,抽取全院2020年6-11月以及2021年6-11月系统提示不合理的处方,对其存在的问题以及系统干预情况进行统计分析.结果针对该分析时间段,处方的合理率随着时间的延长和规则的持续优化而逐渐升高,人工不通过率明显下降,处方触发的不合理警示信息类别发生改变.结论建立前置审方系统并且持续性优化用药规则可以显著提高处方的合理率.

Objective Pharmacists conduct prescription analysis and continually optimize drug rules to increase the retionality of prescriptions through the pre-review system.Method A retrospective analysis method was conducted in this study.We extractedthe unreasonable prescriptions from the system from June to November in 2020 and 2021 respectively,and further performed statistical analysis includingimproper prescriptions and system interventions.Result Compared to 2020,the reasonable rate of prescriptions gradually increased in 2021.Continuous optimization of rules,the rate of manual failures decreased significantly,and the types of unreasonable warning information have improved by prescriptions optimisation.Conclusion We have established a pre-examination and continuously optimizing medication rules system to improve the reasonable rate of prescriptions.
