CBL联合PBL教学模式在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用 被引量:8

Application of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in standardized training and teaching of emergency medical residents

摘要 目的分析基于案例学习(CBL)联合以问题为导向学习(PBL)教学模式在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用.方法选择在郴州市第一人民医院进行急诊医学住培的医师50名,纳入时间为2020年1月-2021年1月,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组应用传统教学模式(LBL),观察组应用CBL联合PBL教学模式,均培训3个月,比较两组医师理论笔试、急救技能操作、急诊病例分析等考试成绩,比较两组医师对教学方法的满意度及临床能力.结果观察组医师理论笔试、急救技能操作、急诊病例分析成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组医师自主学习能力、理论知识掌握、学习兴趣、临床思维能力、沟通交流能力、团队合作精神等教学满意度水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组医师工作态度、通用能力、专业知识、临床诊疗、沟通技巧能力等临床能力水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论CBL联合PBL教学模式可有效提升急诊医学住院医师的理论知识及临床应用的掌握情况,提高医师临床素质及其胜任力,并显著改善临床教学质量. Objective To analyze the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-oriented learning(PBL)in standardized training of emergency medical residents.Methods 50 emergency medical residents who lived in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode(LBL),and the observation group was given the CBL combined with PBL teaching mode,all of which were trained for 3 months.The scores of theoretical written test,first aid skill operation,emergency case analysis and other examinations were compared between the two groups,and their satisfaction with teaching methods and clinical abilities were compared.Results The scores of theoretical writen test,first aid skill operation and emergency case analysis of doctors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction level of doctors in the observation group,such as autonomous learning ability,mastery of theoretical knowledge,interest in learning,clinical thinking ability,communication ability and teamwork spirit,was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The doctors'working attitude,general ability,professional knowledge,clinical diagnosis and treatment,communication skills and other clinical abilities in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical application of emergency medical residents,improve their clinical quality and competence,and raise the quality of training and teaching.
