Method and effect of DVT risk factor evaluation table combined with preventive care in patients with HDCP

目的探究与分析DVT风险因素评估表联合预防性护理用于妊娠期高血压(HDCP)患者中的方法及其效果.方法选取2019年1月-2021年1月湖北省黄冈市妇幼保健院收治的98例HDCP患者,随机分为观察组(n=49)及对照组(n=49).对照组行常规护理,观察组行DVT风险因素评估表联合预防性护理,对比效果.结果护理后,观察组的下肢双腿周径低于对照组;观察组的下肢血流速度、PT、TT、APTT均上升,且高于对照组;FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率(2.04%)低于对照组(14.29%)(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的各项护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论DVT风险因素评估表联合预防性护理可显著减少妊娠期高血压患者产后DVT的发生,改善凝血功能指标,提高护理满意度,效果优异,值得推广.

Objective To explore and analyze the methods and effects of DVT risk factor evaluation scale combined with preventive care in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP).Methods A total of 98 patients with HDCP who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=49).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given DVT risk factor evaluation table combined with preventive nursing care.The effects were compared.Results After nursing,the circumference of lower extremity legs of observation group was lower than that of control group;the lower limbs blood flow velocity,PT,TT,APTT of the observation group were increased,and higher than that of the control group;the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.04%)was lower than that in the control group(14.29%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the observer's satisfaction scores of each item of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DVT risk factor evaluation table combined with preventive care can significantly reduce the occurrence of postpartum DVT in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,improve coagulation indicators,improve nursing satisfaction,and the effect is excellent,which is worthy of promotion.
