连翘配方颗粒治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的疗效及对鼻腔功能和鼻黏膜形态的影响

Effect of Forsythia suspensa Formula Granule on patients with chronic sinusitis and its effect on nasal cavity function and nasal mucosa morphology

目的探讨连翘配方颗粒治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的疗效及对鼻腔功能和鼻黏膜形态的影响.方法将来凤县人民医院从2020年3月-2021年3月期间因慢性鼻窦炎入院的400例病例作为研究对象,并随机分为A组和B组,各200例,A组服用连翘配方颗粒,B组服用克拉霉素,并观察记录患者治疗前与治疗后2个月的临床效果对比;同时检测治疗前后患者的鼻腔容积(NCV)、鼻腔的最小横截面积(NMCA)、鼻腔最小横截面至前鼻孔距离(DCAN)、鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率;并对治疗前后的嗅觉功能、鼻黏膜形态进行相应评分.结果治疗后2个月A组的治愈例数多于B组(P<0.05),A组的无效例数少于B组(P<0.05);治疗前两组鼻腔功能数据不具有统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后A组NCV、NMCA、DCAN、鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率均优于B组(P<0.05);治疗前两组嗅觉功能与鼻黏膜形态评分数据不具有统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后A组嗅觉功能与鼻黏膜形态评分均优于B组(P<0.05).结论连翘配方颗粒在治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者方面有较大的优势,可明显恢复鼻腔功能和鼻黏膜形态,表现出广阔的临床应用前景.

Objective To explore the curative effect of Forsythia suspensa Formula Granule on patients with chronic sinusitis and its effect on nasal cavity function and nasal mucosa morphology.Methods 400 cases of chronic sinusitis hospitalized in Laifeng County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 200 cases in each group.Group A took Forsythia formula granules and group B took clarithromycin.The clinical effects of patients before and 2 months after treatment were observed and recorded;at the same time,the nasal volume(NCV),the minimum cross-sectional area(NMCA),the distance from the minimum cross-sectional area of the nasal cavity to the anterior nostril(DCAN)and the ciliary transmission rate of the nasal mucosa were measured before and after treatment;the olfactory function and nasal mucosa morphology were scored before and after treatment.Results Two months after treatment,the numher of cured cases in group A was more than that in group B(P<O.05),and the numher of ineffective cases in group A was less than that in group B(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in nasal function data between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NCV,NMCA,DCAN and nasal mucociliary transmission rate in group A were better than those in group B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in olfactory function and nasal mucosa morphology score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the olfactory function and nasal mucosa morphology score of group A were better than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Forsythia suspensa formula granule has great advantages in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis,can significantly restore nasal function and nasal mucosa morphology,and shows a broad clinical application prospect.
