推拿按摩联合康复训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果

Application effects of manipulation and massage combined with rehabilitation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy

目的:观察推拿按摩联合康复训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2021月6月该院收治的60例痉挛型脑瘫患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均进行常规神经发育学疗法,在此基础上,对照组给予常规康复训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合推拿按摩干预,比较两组干预前后运动功能[粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)]评分、日常生活能力[日常生活能力评定表(ADL)]评分、独立能力[小儿功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)]评分,以及临床疗效。结果:干预后,观察组GMFM、ADL、WeeFIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿按摩联合康复训练应用于痉挛型脑瘫患儿可提高治疗总有效率、运动功能评分、日常生活能力评分和独立能力评分,优于单纯康复训练效果。

Objective:To observe application effects of manipulation and massage combined with rehabilitation training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.Both groups received conventional neurodevelopmental therapy.On this basis,the control group was given routine rehabilitation training intervention,while the observation group was combined with manipulation and massage intervention on the basis of that of the control group.The motor function[gross motor function assessment(GMFM)]score,the activities of daily living[activities of daily living scale(ADL)]score,the independent ability[functional independence measure for children(WeeFIM)]score,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,The GMFM,ADL and WeeFIM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Manipulation and massage combined with rehabilitation training can improve the total effective rate,the motor function scores,the activities of daily living scores and the independent ability scores of the children with spastic cerebral palsy.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
