中药熏洗联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果

Effects of herbal fumigation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨中药熏洗联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月至2021年3月该院收治的80例膝骨关节炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药熏洗治疗,两组均治疗3周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、关节功能(Lysholm评分)及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Lysholm评分高于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎患者可提高疗效,缓解疼痛,提高关节功能,安全性良好,效果优于单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。

Objective:To explore effects of herbal fumigation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to this hospital from March 2019to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,40cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the study group was treated with herbal fumigation on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],the joint function(Lysholm score),and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 72.50%(29/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Lysholm score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP and the VAS score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Herbal fumigation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can improve the curative effect,relieve the pain,improve the joint function,and has good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
