茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果

摘要 目的:观察茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年3月该院收治的120例病理性黄疸新生儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组临床疗效,直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平,血清学酶指标[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(α-GST)]水平,炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组DBIL、IBIL、TBIL水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LDH、CK-MB、α-GST水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茵栀黄口服液联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿病理性黄疸,可降低胆红素水平,改善血清学酶指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,安全性较高,其效果优于单纯蓝光照射治疗。 Objective:To observe effects of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 children with neonatal pathological jaundice admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to March 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation,while the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)and total bilirubin(TBIL),the myocardial function and liver function index levels[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),α-glutathione s-transferase(α-GST)],the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of DBIL,IBIL and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LDH,CK-MB andα-GST in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal pathological jaundice can reduce the bilirubin level,improve the myocardial function and liver function,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors with high safety.Moreover,it is superior to single blue light irradiation.
