驱白巴布期片联合308 nm准分子激光治疗面部白癜风患者的效果

Effects of Qubai Babuqi tablets combined with 308 nm excimer laser in treatment of facial vitiligo

目的:观察驱白巴布期片联合308 nm准分子激光治疗面部白癜风患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院收治的62例面部白癜风患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组采用308 nm准分子激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合驱白巴布期片治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床疗效、面部各皮损区域复色时间、治疗前后T细胞亚群指标[CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组额部、眼部、颊部、鼻部、口部等皮损区域复色时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:驱白巴布期片联合308 nm准分子激光治疗面部白癜风患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短面部各皮损区域复色时间,改善T细胞亚群指标水平,效果优于单纯308 nm准分子激光治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Qubai Babuqi tablets combined with 308 nm excimer laser in treatment of facial vitiligo.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 62 patients with facial vitiligo admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each.The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser,while the observation group was treated with Qubai Babuqi tablets on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,the recoloring time of facial skin lesions,the levels of T cell subsets[CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 70.97%(22/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The re coloring time of skin lesions such as forehead,eyes,cheeks,nose and mouth in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qubai Babuqi tablets combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of the patients with facial vitiligo can improve the total effective rate,shorten the recoloring time of each facial lesion area,and improve the levels of T cell subsets.Moreover,it is superior to single 308 nm excimer laser treatment.
