摘要
目的:观察中医辨证施护在胃癌根治术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2021年5月该院收治的90例胃癌根治术后化疗患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予中医辨证施护。比较两组护理前后恶心呕吐、便秘腹胀及食欲减退等胃肠道反应评分,心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]评分,以及营养指标水平。结果:观察组胃肠道反应评分及SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,血清白蛋白、血红蛋白及总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护可减轻胃癌根治术后化疗患者的胃肠道反应,缓解负性情绪,改善其营养状态,效果优于常规护理。
Objective:To explore application effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing in patients with chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with chemotherapy after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer admitted to this hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing.The scores of gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting,constipation,abdominal distension and loss of appetite,the psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]score,and the nutritional index levels were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The scores of gastrointestinal reaction,SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin and total protein were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing can reduce the gastrointestinal reactions,relieve the negative emotions and improve the nutritional status of the patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy.Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
