摘要
目的探讨病案采用精细化管理对CD-10编码正确率、病案管理满意度、管理优良率的影响。方法选取2021年1—6月福建省漳州市医院病案100份作为对照组,采用常规管理;选取2021年7—12月福建省漳州市医院病案100份作为观察组,采用精细化管理。对两组CD-10编码正确率、病案管理满意度、病案管理优良率进行比较。结果观察组CD-10编码正确率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(90.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组病例管理满意度(98.00%)明显高于对照组(91.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组病案管理优良率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(87.00%)(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理可提高病案CD-10编码正确率,改善病案管理满意度,提高病案管理优良率。
Objective To explore the influence of fine management of medical records on the accuracy of CD-10 coding,satisfaction with medical record management,and excellent management rate.Methods A total of 100 medical records of Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group,routine management was used,and 100 medical records of Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province from July to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,fine management was used,and the accuracy of CD-10 coding,satisfaction with medical record management,and excellent rate of medical record management were compared between the two groups.Results The correct rate of CD-10 coding in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of case management in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(91.00%)(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of medical record management in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine management can improve the accuracy of medical record CD-10 coding,improve the satisfaction of medical record management,and improve the excellent rate of medical record management.
