推动健康中国建设是全面建成小康社会的重要基础。然而,在不同的历史时期,人们对健康的理解和追求有不同的内涵和外延。在现代社会,人们对健康的理解逐渐由单纯的生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式过渡,健康不仅是指身体上并未感染疾病,同时也是指精神、社会方面保持完美与愉悦。可以说人民群众健康观念的转变对于我国的医务工作提出了较高的要求,必须要关注社会、心理对人民群众造成的影响。尽管有一些成功的范例,现代健康理念的实践和推广还是十分有限。我国的健康事业将贯彻现代健康理念,首先需要战略升级医学人文关怀体系,将人文关怀内化为医护人员的天职和本分。其次,在当前我国的医疗体制中,将受治疗者作为根本的人文精神也需要与现代化医院管理机制结合在一起,以人为本必须要贯彻到医院工作内容中。最后,在健康中国建设背景下的健康事业发展的宗旨必须贯彻“人民至上”,赋予健康事业在百年未有之大变局形势下的新使命。

Promoting the construction of a healthy China is an important foundation for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.However,in different historical periods,people's understanding and pursuit of health have different connotations and extensions.In modern society,people's understanding of health is gradually transitioning from a simple biomedical model to a biological,psychological and social medical model.Health is not only free from disease and weakness,but also to maintain a perfect state of physical,mental and social aspects.The change of health concept requires medical staff to pay attention to the function of complex factors in biological,psychological and social aspects.Despite some successful examples,the practice and spread of modern health concepts is limited.The health enterprise in China will carry out the modern health concept,first of all,it is necessary to strategically upgrade the medical humanistic care system,and internalize humanistic care into the duty and responsibility of medical staff.Secondly,in the current medical system of our country,the"people-oriented"medical humanistic spirit should be integrated into the existing management mechanism,working system and assessment standards of the hospital.Finally,in the context of the construction of a healthy China,the purpose of the development of health undertakings must be carried out"people first",and the health undertakings must be endowed with a new mission under the situation of great changes never seen in a century.
