党建工作是疾控中心重要工作之一,更是帮助疾控中心工作人员政治准确、思想准确的主要部门。在新形势背景下,疾控中心的部分职能重新划分、部分收费项目取消,对工作人员正常工作造成一定影响,继而诱发消极情绪,导致日常工作干劲不足,工作难以达到硬性指标目标,缺乏创新及开拓精神,急需党建部门发挥其作用,凝聚人心、改善情绪、推动发展、主动服务群众。文章明确新形势背景下强化、创新党建工作对疾控中心的积极影响,制定符合疾控中心需求的疾控中心创新策略,并将其落实到位,积极完善相应的党建工作责任制度,对党建工作任务实施有效分解,明确各个任务的工作目标,可为其他疾控中心深化改革、加强党建工作提供指导。
