快速康复外科护理理念在甲状腺肿物治疗围术期的效果

The Effect of Fast Recovery Surgical Nursing Concept in the Perioperative Period of Thyroid Tumor Treatment

目的探讨快速康复外科护理理念对甲状腺肿物围术期患者治疗效果及并发症的影响。方法选择厦门大学附属第一医院2020年1月—2021年12月收治的80例甲状腺肿物手术患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例,分别实施常规护理和快速康复外科护理。比较两组患者的康复指标(创口引流量、住院时间)、术后不同时间点(术后1 d、2 d、3 d)疼痛程度[视觉模拟疼痛量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分]、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组创口引流量(19.45±7.28)mL较对照组少,住院时间(8.42±2.69)d较对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、2 d、3 d VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理理念用于甲状腺肿物患者可使其创口引流量降低、住院时间缩短,且术后疼痛减轻、并发症减少,患者对护理的满意度较高,值得参考。

Objective To explore the effect of fast recovery surgery nursing concept on the treatment effect and complications of patients with thyroid tumor in the perioperative period.Methods A total of 80 patients with goiter surgery admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases each group,and received routine nursing and fast recovery surgery respectively.Nursing,the two groups of patients were compared rehabilitation indicators(wound drainage,hospitalization time),postoperative pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]at different time points(1 d,2 d,3 d),the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The wound drainage volume(19.45±7.28)mL in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization(8.42±2.69)d was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than control group at 1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 5.00%lower control group(22.50%),the difference was significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with goiter can reduce the wound drainage flow,shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce postoperative pain and complications,and patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing,which is referential.
