失效模式与效应分析在经桡穿刺全脑血管造影术患者中的应用

Evaluation of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in Patients Undergoing Transradial Puncture for Whole Cerebral Angiography

目的探讨失效模式与效应分析在经桡穿刺全脑血管造影术患者中的应用及效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年2—12月在厦门大学附属第一医院就诊的全脑血管造影检查患者作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将2021年2—5月的72例全脑血管造影检查患者作为对照组,2021年6—12月的73例患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用失效与效应分析模式。比较两组护理后情绪变化、护理后并发症发生率变化、护理舒适度。结果经过失效模式护理后,观察组SAS评分(32.91±1.54)分、SDS评分(34.52±2.25)分,低于对照组SAS评分(51.49±1.35)分、SDS评分(55.97±2.02)分(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.1%,低于对照组的24.7%(P<0.05)。观察组护理舒适度为82.2%,高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05)。结论在对经桡动脉穿刺全脑血管造影患者实施护理过程中,采用失效与效应分析模式可减少患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪的产生,降低并发症,提高患者的护理舒适度。

Objective To explore the failure mode and effect analysis in patients undergoing transradial puncture whole cerebral angiography.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select patients who underwent whole cerebral angiography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February to December 2021 as the research objects,and 72 patients who underwent whole cerebral angiography from February to May 2021 were selected according to the visiting order In the control group,73 patients from June to December 2021 were used as the observation group.The control group used the usual nursing method,and the observation group used the failure and effect analysis mode to compare the emotional changes,complication rates and nursing comfort after nursing between the two groups.Results After failure mode nursing,the SAS score(32.91±1.54)points and SDS score(34.52±2.25)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(51.49±1.35)points and SDS score(55.97±2.02)points(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.1%lower than that in the control group,which was 24.7%(P<0.05).The comfort level of nursing care in the observation group was 82.2%higher than that in the control group,which was 66.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with transradial artery puncture whole cerebral angiography,the use of failure and effect analysis mode can reduce the occurrence of anxiety and depression,reduce complications,and improve patient care comfort.
