摘要
内径测量技术一直是工业生产中零部件测量的研究难点,近年来以航空、汽车等领域中高精度轴承、缸体等内径检测,武器系统中的火炮身管内径检测为代表的内径检测技术出现了新发展。针对以光电技术为基础的内径测量技术进行分析,研究了光学杠杆法、激光三角法、结构光法、激光干涉法4种光电式内径测量技术的原理及新进展,从技术特点、主要应用范围等方面分析和比较了各类内径测量方法,并对内径测量技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The inner diameter measurement technology has always been the research difficulty of parts measurement in industrial production.Recently,the inner diameter measurement technology represented by the inner diameter measurement of high precision bearings and cylinders in aviation,automobile and other fields,and the inner measurement detection of artillery barrel in weapon system has developed.In the paper,the inner diameter measurement technology based on electrical and photoelectric technology is analyzed.Four kinds of photoelectric inner diameter measurement technologies,such as optical lever method,laser triangulation method,structured light method and laser interference method,are studied.The principle and new progress of various inner diameter measurement methods are analyzed and compared from the aspects of technical characteristics and main application range,and the development trend of inner diameter measurement technology is prospected.
