摘要
本文将普通教育学中的教师发展内在逻辑应用于具有内在独特性的翻译专业教师(1)发展,提出翻译专业教师“三阶段”的发展路径,将翻译教师发展具象化。文章首先分析解读翻译专业教师的三维职业要求,为翻译教师发展提供目标和方向,再对当下翻译专业教师发展现状中存在的问题进行归因分析并提出对策,即我国翻译专业教师发展路径为“认同—养成—生发”,并以自我反思作为该路径实现的前提条件。这一发展路径基于翻译专业教师个体需求,以个人生命成长为目标,突破长期以来培训为主的较为单一模式,可有效推动教师持续发展。
This paper applies the internal logic of general teacher development to the development of T&I teachers,and puts forward a “three-stage” development path.It first delves into the three-dimensional professional requirements of T&I teachers,providing goals and directions for their development;then it explores the causes for the existing problems in the current development of T&I teachers;finally,countermeasures are proposed,that is,the development path of translation teachers in China is “identity,cultivation and growth”,with self-reflection as the prerequisite for the realization of this path.This development path is based on the individual needs of T&I teachers,with the goal of individual life growth.It may break the traditional mode of teacher professional development and can effectively promote the sustainable development of teachers.
