摘要
为解决传统设计模式中资料分散、成果表现形式不直观,易造成信息不对称问题,对基于信息模型的铁路桥梁协同设计开展研究。通过研究协同设计平台应用及基于信息模型的协同信息传递方式,形成了应用协同设计平台和数字化设计软件开展桥梁设计的方法。提出应用基于公共数据环境的协同设计平台进行分层级资源配置、文件状态控制、标准化流程驱动的铁路桥梁设计项目管理方法,实现了对设计资源、过程、结果的全过程管理,保证了设计信息的有序、高效传递。提出规范专业间信息交互的数据格式,制定与线路、地质等相关专业的信息交互接口,开发桥梁数字化设计软件,利用接口获取其他专业信息模型中的数据,同时对外提供接口访问桥梁信息模型中的数据,实现了基于模型的设计信息高效传递和利用,保证了信息的准确性和时效性。该铁路桥梁协同设计方法在兴保铁路信息模型设计中进行了应用,采用协同平台进行资源配置和流程管理,使流程清晰可视化、信息流转可追溯;数字化设计软件的应用,省掉了人工识别和填写资料步骤,辅助桥梁设计模型快速创建。通过对设计成果进行三维可视化检查分析,直观地暴露桥梁与周边环境及其他专业的衔接问题,降低了工程风险。
In order to solve the problems of scattered data, unintuitive results, and information asymmetry in the traditional design mode, research on collaborative design of railway bridges based on information models is carried out. The application of the collaborative design platform and the collaborative information transmission method based on the information model are studied, and a method for bridge design using collaborative design platform and digital design software is formed. A railway bridge design project management method is proposed by means of a collaborative design platform based on a public data environment to implement hierarchical resource allocation, file status control and standardized process-driven, which realizes the whole process management of design resources, processes and results, and ensures orderly and efficient transmission of design information. The data format is proposed for standardizing the information interaction between majors, information interaction interfaces are formulated with related majors such as railway lines and geology. The bridge digital design software is developed, and the inward interaction interface is used to obtain data in other professional information models, and outward interaction interfaces are provided to access the bridge information model for data transfer, which fulfills efficient transmission and utilization of model-based design information, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information interaction. The collaborative design method of railway bridges is applied in the information model design of Xingbao Railway. The collaborative platform is used for resource configuration and process management, so that the process can be clearly visualized and the information flow traced. The application of digital design software saves the progress of manual data identification and filling, and assists rapid creation of bridge design models. Through the three-dimensional visual inspection and analysis of the design results, the connection problems between the bridge and the surrounding environment and other specialties are exposed intuitively, and engineering risks are reduced.
