摘要
传统的输电线路导线压接技术依靠人工经验调节和判断,因而压接出的导线对边距误差大,成品导线均匀性差。在传统的导线压接钳基础上,开发了一种以欧姆龙CP1H可编程逻辑控制器为控制器,模糊PID为核心控制算法的智能数字化导线压接控制系统,操作人员只需在开始前输入少量预设条件,系统即可自动、准确压接及测量。结果表明,相较于传统导线压接,可实现导线移动总长度测量、人工设定压接钳每步移动距离、自动测量六边形导线对角长度、在界面显示每次压接的压力、自动调整压接钳压接压力和导线移动距离等功能。设计的导线智能压接系统不仅便于操作、方便维护,还能够节省劳力、提高生产效率和工程质量。
Because the traditional conductors crimping technology relies on manual adjustment and judgment based on experience,the crimped conductors has a wide range of side distance changes,and the uniformity of the finished conductors is poor.Based on the traditional conductors crimping pliers,an automatic digital conductors crimping control system is developed using Omron CP1H programmable logic controller(PLC)as the controller,Fuzzy PID as the core control algorithm,industrial flat panel as the human-machine interface and upper computer.The accurate crimping and measurement can be started automatically by operator only input a few preset conditions before starting.The results show that compared with the traditional conductors crimping,the total length of conductors movement can be measured,the distance of each step of crimping pliers can be set manually,the diagonal length of hexagon conductors can be measured automatically,the pressure of each crimping can be displayed on the interface,the crimping pressure of crimping pliers and the distance of conductors movement can be adjusted automatically.The designed conductors intelligent crimping system is not only convenient for operation and maintenance,but also can save labor,improve production efficiency and engineering quality.
