传染病气溶胶经呼吸途径传播的研究进展

摘要 经呼吸途径传播的传染病气溶胶以空气为媒介,具有传播速度快、波及范围广、防控难度大等特点。及时确定传染病是否可以通过气溶胶经呼吸道传播将直接影响疫情防控政策的制定,减少疫情对人民健康和社会经济的影响。本文从物理学和医学层面深入分析了气溶胶经呼吸道传播的机理,并列举一些重要传染病的气溶胶传播研究,为防疫人员提供参考。 Aerosol transmission through breathing is mediated by air and is characterized by rapid transmission,widespread range,and difficulty in prevention and control.Timely determination of whether certain infectious diseases can be transmitted by aerosols through breathing would aid authorities in developing epidemic prevention and control policies,thus decreasing the loss of lives and supporting the social economy.Herein,mechanisms of aerosol transmission of infectious diseases through the airway were analyzed according to physical and medical aspects,and important infectious diseases that may be transmitted through aerosols are discussed to provide a reference for healthcare workers during epidemics.
